These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and Rahgosha Group Company Known as Toolbox. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

• If the payment transaction is not completed, any money deducted from your bank account will be refunded within 72 hours.
• All successful transactions made in the toolbox application will be available in your account’s records. You Should NOT share your account information with anyone else.
• Bill settlement is done immediately after payment, but depending on the type of organization, it may take up to 72 hours to apply.

Contacts

In the toolbox application, you can buy phone credit or internet package for your friends and send it for them. Therefore, contact access in toolbox is a necessary permission.

Location

 In tools like Around Me, we can use your location to determine where the nearest desired locations are located.

Camera

In some of our services, such as bill payment, you can scan your bill with the camera and pay it right away. Camera access is also required in engineering tools as well.

camera access is necessary in some tools, such as sharing a program.

security

Your information is stored on our secure servers and we will protect the data as assets that must be protected to the utmost. We never save your account and credit card information.

Log Data

When you use Toolbox, we need to collect some event information (Log Data) in case of an error and take action to fix the problem. The information includes Device İD, Device OS version, Device Model, user İP, and the time and date of the event and other items related to the service.

Marketing operations

The marketing team is always analyzing data in order to check the demands of the customers so that it can provide appropriate services according to the interests and needs of the customers. This information may be collected by third party products and may include Google play ID, Push Notification ID, AD ID, Device Name, Phone Brand, etc.
